DMSL was established in 2002 by John Carter, a business consultant and ICT expert with over 20 years experience in the IT and communications industry. Having worked closely with BT during the launch phase of broadband services, John recognised that there was a need for someone to explain exactly how broadband would benefit organisations of all kinds and this need would be especially acute in amongst the small business community.

Right from the very start, DMSL's mission has been to take the message about BT broadband and its advantages to the UK business community. Our approach is very simple - we talk to small businesses to help them understand how broadband can help them, and identify exactly what type of broadband service is required.
